Marianne Mulligan has

She moved to Arizona in
1981 to join her family
after graduating from
Northeastern University
in Boston. The idea of

background includes working in Group
Homes, Day Programs, Training and Human
Resources, supervising Group Homes and a
few short stints as Director of all of the above.
After working at the same not for profit
agency for 22 years, and wearing all the
different hats needed in that type of
environment, she chose a new path. She says
of her position with Arion, “Find a job you
love, and never work another day in your life.”
