Paul was originally hired
as a Provider and worked
his way up to thanks to
his hard work and
dedication. He teams up
with his wife Lindsey to
provide a positive
experience for our clients
and staff. Originally from
Utah, Paul moved to the
valley in 1995 and began

working with persons with Developmental
Disabilities in 2001. He has 2 beautiful
children, Kade and Kaelyn, who were born
just 1 1/2 years apart. In his spare time he
enjoys putting together teams and playing in
city sports leagues including basketball. Paul
says that working for Arion has been his most
rewarding experience ever (besides being a
dad) and plans on sticking around for a
looong time.
